8.6/10Very tranquil setting on the beach and a nice pool and veranda. Large house with quite modern fittings and plenty of space. Kitchen a bit dated and really the only room that needs moderning we think. The owners that live next door have dogs which will come and visit whether you want them too or not, and they do enter the house. They were a bit protective of the house at first but became very friendly very quickly. The hotel next door seems to use the property as a private access point road to get to their property for contractors to erect beach marquee facilities for hotel guest events. That is a bit annoying and totally unreasonable to have their vehicles parked in front of your paid for accommodation and beach view so the Trau aux biches hotel guests are not imposed on. We eventually had to ask the owner to have the contractor leave, but it was only once in the week for 3hrs, nonetheless annoying. Otherwise cannot fault the accommodation, it's very nice.
