Spacious, sunny, and air-conditioned, the three bedrooms in all units at Nautilya Residence offer comfort and warmth. There is a master bedroom and two other bedrooms, each furnished with double beds. There are air-conditioners and ceiling fans in all the rooms for comfort. The bedrooms have been decorated with modern touches and contemporary simplicity with pastels, warm lighting, and white linen. The master bedroom enjoys an ensuite bathroom with a shower while the other bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a shower and other amenities.

A lovely swimming pool surrounded by luscious greenery is accessible to guests of Nautilya Residence. You can easily make your way to the pool area, relax on the sunbeds to soak up some sun, or even lay back on the deck chairs in the poolside gazebo. The garden is well-kept throughout, making a cheerful and bright space where you can sunbathe, enjoy a good reading session, or simply breathe in the fresh air. Each of the units boasts of a sunny veranda for outdoor dining and a refreshing breakfast.

The bright and lovely living areas inside each unit are well-furnished with comfortable sofas, armchairs, and wicker chairs. Complete with a coffee table and flat-screen satellite TV with wifi, the living areas offer complete respite from busy lives. You can relax, kick back, and watch your favourite movies, catch up with your loved ones, or enjoy some time to yourself in the privacy of your apartment or penthouse. Living areas are adjacent to the veranda so you have floor-to-ceiling glass doors that slide open to reveal the great outdoors.

Each unit features a gourmet kitchen completely stocked and equipped with modern appliances like a refrigerator, Nespresso machine, cooking utensils, dishwasher, etc. For dining, you can enjoy your meals on the veranda or take them indoors for even more privacy.
