Villa Vakoa boasts three spacious bedrooms on the first floor. All the bedrooms are air conditioned so as to shelter you from the notorious island heat. In the master bedroom, you’ll also find a safe where you will be able to stow your valuables during the duration of your stay. The villa also offers two and a half bathrooms and the master bedroom is equipped with its own en-suite bathroom.

Undeniably charming and elegant, without being stuffy, the living areas of Villa Vakoa reflect the same sense of airiness and space that radiates throughout the entire villa. Designed in such a way so as to feel like home- only more luxurious- the living areas feature a spacious family room, complete with comfortable sofas and satellite television. You’ll also be able to enjoy free Wi-Fi throughout the villa.
There’s a dining area as well as a fully-equipped American kitchen that comes with all the amenities and equipment you’ll need to quickly whip up your very own meals.
Guests of Villa Vakoa don’t need to worry about tedious tasks such as housework and the likes since a housekeeper, Priscilla will show up on a daily basis to take care of such chores. In addition, the services of a gourmet in-house chef can also be requested at an extra fee.
A mere five minutes’ drive from Villa Vakoa is found the vibrant fisherman village of Mahebourg, where perfectly captures the lively spirit which you can found across the southern coast of Mauritius. This village is particularly known for its Waterfront, where you will wind a variety of stores and food stalls specializing in both local and international fares. If you want to familiarize yourself with Mauritius’ rich past and history, you can also head to the famous Mahebourg museum.
10/10Nous avons passé 5 nuits dans la villa et vraiment je regrette de ne pas avoir eu la bonne idée de réserver tout mon séjourà la Villa Vakoa. Les propriétaires sont absolument charmants et sont très soucieux de l environnement. Le Tri sélectif est organisé ce qui est un vrai plus car moi qui fait très attention en métropole j ai été déçue de voir qu aucune autre location ne proposait cette gestion des dechets amelioree. La maison est très bien équipée très propre extrêmement agréable à vivre avec un jardin luxuriant et généreux. La localisation est super car proche de l aeroport et on peut accéder à tous les cotes de l ile sans difficulté. la plage toute proche est splendide ! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et j'espère le plus vite et longtemps possible !!! Merci encore à Diane et Christophe.
10/10Diane nous a accueillis chaleureusement à notre arrivée (petites attentions bien appréciées). Tout était PARFAIT: la villa est magnifique, extrêmement bien située ( à 2 min à pieds d'une plage de toute beauté aux eaux limpides "la pointe d'Esny", à 5 min en voiture de la plage de blue bay et du supermarché, proche des curiosités du Sud Mauricien). Cadre très reposant, piscine agréable, varangue propice à la détente, villa très bien équipée (Diane pense à tout!), très confortable, femme de ménage adorable qui a réalisé à notre demande de délicieux plats Mauriciens. Que du bonheur! Nous garderons un très bon souvenir et nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir! C'est une location à recommander. Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés.
