If you’ve always dreamed of living by the beach, La Case Creole Beachfront Villa is the right vacation residence for you. Its simple design combined with its predominantly white color scheme give the villa a laid back and relaxing ambience. Its quaint and old-fashioned appointments and furnishings create an atmosphere of familiarity and, to a certain extent, a sense of nostalgia. It’s this homey character and charm of La Case Creole Beachfront Villa that embrace you and make you feel that you’ve finally found the place where you truly belong.
The villa has four bedrooms. One of the bedrooms opens out to the covered terrace and the lawn.
The villa stands at the middle of an expansive property with a well-kept lawn fringed by a variety of trees. Just a stone’s throw away is the pristine and untouched white-sand beach of Roches Noires. The turqoise sea is quite inviting – although it’s not ideal for children and for those who don’t know how to swim. There are, however, areas where you can safely take a dip and get your saltwater fix. At the front of the villa is a spacious covered terrace provided with comfortable set ups where you can lazily lounge or enjoy snacks and refreshments.
Indoors, right across the covered terrace is the living area. You can gather round the coffee table for a chat with friends and family. Nearby is the dining area with a wooden table that can seat eight. Here, you can show off your culinary skills through the scrumptious meals you prepared at the fully-equipped, modern kitchen in a separate room. Out on the lawn is a picnic area under the trees where you can throw a barbecue party by the beach.
Housekeeping is done every morning (except on Sundays and public holidays). A concierge is also on hand to assist you in arranging car rentals and day trips as well as engaging the services of a babysitter. These, however, will be charged separately.
On the waters of Roches Noires, right at the villa’s front door, you can enjoy water sports such as pedalo, windsurfing and kayaking. You can even get onboard a speedboat for an exhilarating joyride. Less than 30 minutes away is Grand Bay or Grand Baie – a seaside village and tourist beach known for its enchanting emerald waters, aqua sports, deep-sea fishing trips and island hopping tours to Gunners’ Quoin, Flat Island, Round Island and Serpent Island. At the center of Grand Bay, you will also find traditional local shops, modern shopping centers and world-renowned brand stores that offer a wide array of clothes, crafts, jewelry, souvenirs and fabrics. And since you’re here, you mustn’t miss the nightlife and party scene. Dance till dawn at must-see and must-be-seen-in bars and clubs such as Banana Cafe, Zanzibar, Les Enfants Terribles and Buddha Bar.
